Stop logging into 15 tools
to find what matters.

Phyllax watches your work tools and tells you only what needs you.

An AI agent for the 37 tools your work actually lives in — Gmail, Slack, Stripe, Calendar, HubSpot, GitHub, and more, plus any custom MCP server you connect. It runs on your laptop, monitors quietly on a schedule, and sends a native notification when something urgent needs your attention.

How it works

Three steps. No prompts to write.

Most AI assistants are blank chat windows waiting for you to type. Phyllax ships pre-configured monitors for every tool, runs them on a schedule, and brings the important stuff to you. You don't write prompts — you pick what to watch and how often.

1

Connect

Click "Connect Gmail." Click "Connect Slack." 37 integrations with one-click OAuth or paste-token setup. No terminal, no JSON config, no developer skills required.

2

Watch

Pick from 200+ pre-built monitors: urgent emails, failed payments, mentions in Slack, comments on your videos, due dates approaching. Set how often each should run. Phyllax handles the rest in the background.

3

Get told

When something needs you, Phyllax fires a native desktop notification with the context already triaged. Reply, dismiss, snooze, or take action with one click. The rest stays quiet.

Reminders that watch your tools

The reminder feature
that knows when to shut up.

Set a deadline against a real signal — a Gmail reply, a Stripe payment, a Jira status, a HubSpot stage. If the signal arrives in time, the reminder silently cancels itself. If it doesn't, you hear about it — at exactly the right moment.

Time-basedlike Things, Apple Reminders

All your everyday reminders, in one place.

Type naturally. Phyllax parses the time, the subject, and the recurrence — no fields to fill in.

"Send Sam the proposal tomorrow at 9am"
"Every Monday at 9am, review last week's numbers"
"In 2 hours, follow up with engineering"
Silent-cancelonly Phyllax

Reminders that watch your tools.

If the thing you cared about already happened — the client replied, the order shipped, the PR was reviewed — Phyllax cancels the reminder. No interruption.

"If the client doesn't reply by Friday, ping me"
"If order #5678 isn't shipped in 24h, alert me"
"Tell me when this PR is reviewed"
You set Other apps fire Phyllax fires
"If the client doesn't reply by Friday" Friday — even if they replied Tuesday Only if no reply by Friday
"When the PR gets reviewed" Can't be set Pings the moment the review lands
"If order isn't shipped in 24h" 24 hours later, regardless Only if still unfulfilled
"If ticket stays blocked 3 days" Can't be set Only if blocked the full 3 days
Integrations

All the tools your work lives in.

Your data. Your network. Your AI.

Plug into your AI stack,
not ours.

Most AI tools force your data through their chosen LLM. Phyllax doesn't. Bring your own model — including local ones on Ollama or self-hosted endpoints — and connect to internal tools that never leave your network. We have no backend, so we can't see your data even if we wanted to.

No backend

Your data never leaves your machine.

Your emails, messages, files, and AI prompts go directly from your laptop to the provider you chose — never through a Phyllax server, because there isn't one. Credentials encrypted at rest via OS keychain. Zero content telemetry.

Local SQLite · DPAPI / Keychain · no Phyllax cloud

Private network

Your internal tools stay inside your firewall.

Wrap your internal CRM, deploy system, or wiki as a Custom MCP. The MCP server lives on your network; Phyllax connects to it from the employee's machine. Same plug-and-play UX as the 37 built-in integrations — nothing exposed externally.

Custom MCP · OAuth 2.1 or static-header auth · any reachable https endpoint

BYO model

Bring your own AI — including local ones.

Don't want your data going to OpenAI? Use Ollama for fully-local inference on your laptop or on-prem. Need an audited enterprise endpoint? Use Azure OpenAI in your tenant or AWS Bedrock in your VPC. Or any self-hosted OpenAI-compatible deployment.

8 providers: Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, Azure, Bedrock, Ollama, OpenAI-compatible

Who it's for

Built for whoever you are at work.

Pick your role on first launch and Phyllax tunes its monitors and urgency rules to match. A founder cares about revenue and customer signals; a creator cares about comment moderation and post performance. Same app, different defaults.

What's inside

More than a notification engine.

Phyllax monitors quietly, but when you do open it, the chat assistant can act across all your connected tools, draft replies, schedule checks, and answer cross-tool questions ("What did Sarah email me about last week and is it on my calendar?").

Native desktop notifications
No Slack-bot relays, no second app to install. Windows/macOS native toast notifications you can act on immediately.
AI chat across all tools
Built-in assistant can query every connected tool at once. "What changed in Stripe this morning that I should know about?"
3-tier urgency triage
Every email and message is sorted URGENT / NOTABLE / SKIP by an LLM. Marketing noise stays quiet; real things break through.
Quiet hours & weekend modes
Set Do Not Disturb windows. Three weekend modes: same hours, all-day-off, or custom weekend schedule.
Smart reply drafting
Expand any email or message and Phyllax drafts 3 reply options in different tones. Pick, edit, send — without opening Gmail.
Cross-tool research
Schedule a "Project status briefing" that queries Gmail + Slack + Jira + Drive together and synthesizes a single morning update.
Common questions

Things people ask first.

How is this different from Zapier or n8n?
Zapier and n8n are workflow builders — you design the if/then rules. Phyllax is the opposite: it ships with 200+ monitors pre-tuned for things that actually matter to humans (urgent emails, failed payments, comments to reply), and uses an LLM to decide what counts as urgent. You don't build workflows; you pick what to watch and let the AI handle the "is this important?" question.
What does it cost?
Pricing isn't public yet. The first 100 founding users (design partners in the private alpha) get a lifetime Pro license, free. After that, Phyllax becomes a paid subscription. You bring your own AI provider key (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, etc., or run Ollama locally for free), so the only cost is the Phyllax license itself.
Does my data get sent to Phyllax servers?
No. Phyllax is a local desktop app. Your integration credentials, notification history, and settings live in a SQLite database on your machine. The LLM calls go directly from your machine to whichever AI provider you've configured — with your API key, on your terms. Phyllax LLC has no backend that sees your data.
Which platforms are supported?
Windows is shipping in the alpha. macOS is in active development. Mobile companion app is on the roadmap (push notifications to phone when the desktop is closed). Linux is not on the near-term roadmap.
Do I have to connect all 37 integrations?
No — connect just the ones you use. Most users land somewhere between 3 and 8. Phyllax tunes urgency and check frequency per integration, so connecting more doesn't mean more noise.
Can I connect my company's internal tools or hosted services not on the list?
Yes — if the service exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, Phyllax can connect to it as a Custom MCP. That includes hosted MCPs from Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Asana, Linear, Slack official, Notion, Cloudflare, and GitHub, plus any internal MCP your company hosts. Add the URL, pick OAuth or paste a static auth header, click Save & Test. Tools from that server become available in chat alongside the 37 built-in integrations.
Can I use my work email (corporate Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)?
Yes, with one caveat: some company IT policies block third-party OAuth apps from accessing mail or calendar without admin approval. If that's your org, you may need to ask IT to whitelist Phyllax. Personal email accounts (Gmail, Outlook.com) work without any IT involvement.
What happens after the design-partner phase ends? Will I lose features?
If you're in the first 100 founding users, your account stays Pro-tier free, forever. No feature lockouts when public pricing launches. The founding-user license is the loyalty discount — people who helped us in alpha shouldn't pay for the privilege later.
I'm an investor — how do I get in touch?
Email sam.uddin@phyllax.com with "Investor inquiry" in the subject. We'll send the deck and a Calendly link.
