Reminders

The reminder app
that knows when to shut up.

Set a deadline. If the thing you were waiting on already happened, the reminder silently cancels itself. If it didn't, you find out — at exactly the right moment.

Time-based like Things, Apple Reminders

All your everyday reminders, in one place.

Type naturally. Phyllax parses the time, the subject, and the recurrence — no fields to fill in.

"Send Sam the proposal tomorrow at 9am"

"Every Monday at 9am, review last week's numbers"

"In 2 hours, follow up with engineering"

Conditional only Phyllax

Reminders that watch your tools.

Set a deadline against a real signal — a Gmail reply, a Stripe payment, a Jira status, a HubSpot stage. If the signal arrives in time, the reminder cancels itself. If it doesn't, you get pinged.

"If Acme doesn't reply by Friday, ping me"

"If order #5678 isn't shipped in 24h, alert me"

"Tell me when this PR is reviewed"

How it works

Three reminder types, one mental model.

You don't pick the type. The parser figures it out from how you phrased the reminder.

Todo

Fire at a clock time.

"Tomorrow at 9am, send Sam the proposal." Native OS notification when the time arrives.

Deadline

Fire unless resolved.

"If Acme doesn't reply by Friday, ping me." Acme replies on Wednesday → silent cancel. No nag.

Event

Fire when it happens.

"Tell me when Sarah replies." No clock alarm. Phyllax watches the inbox in the background.

Recurring

Fire on repeat.

"Every Monday at 9am, review numbers." Daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.

Persistence

Fire if it lingers.

"If this ticket stays blocked 3 days, escalate." Only fires if the bad state holds the full window.

Note

Surface in tomorrow's brief.

"Note: ask Mike about the Q2 contract." No popup. Lands in the morning summary.

Three ways in

Set a reminder in 2 seconds.

From a notification card

Click Remind me ⏰ on any email/Slack/PR/deal card. Pick "In 1 hour", "Tomorrow morning", "Next week", or open Smart reminder for the conditional flow.

Anywhere in the app

Press Ctrl+Shift+R. A mini-chat opens. Type the reminder. The parser figures out kind, time, and what to watch.

From AI chat

"Remind me Friday at 5pm to call John" — the assistant creates the reminder and confirms. Same with cancel, snooze, list.

Why this is different

Other reminder apps fire whether you need it or not.

Things, Apple Reminders, Todoist, Slack, calendar alarms — none of them can see whether the underlying problem already resolved itself.

You set Other apps fire Phyllax fires
"If Acme doesn't reply by Friday" Friday — even if Acme replied Tuesday Only if no reply by Friday
"When the PR gets reviewed" Can't be set Pings the moment the review lands
"If order isn't shipped in 24h" 24 hours later, regardless Only if still unfulfilled
"If ticket stays blocked 3 days" Can't be set Only if blocked the full 3 days

Stop being reminded about things that already resolved.
