Notification Actions

When Notion finds something important, the notification card shows:

  • Mark complete — mark the task as done
  • Add comment — AI drafts a comment you can edit before posting
  • View page — open the page in Notion
  • Reply — respond to a comment or mention

All action chips that involve writing (Add comment, Reply, etc.) open the AI draft panel — AI generates a suggested response that you can edit before posting.

Troubleshooting

"Object not found" error

The integration doesn't have access to the page. In Notion, open the page → click ...Add connections → add your Phyllax integration.

Tasks not being found

Make sure your task database has a "Due date" property and an "Assignee" property. The integration reads standard Notion database properties to find tasks.

Token starts with "ntn_" instead of "secret_"

Notion changed their token format. Both secret_ and ntn_ prefixed tokens work. Just paste whichever format you received.
