Monitor your TikTok for comments, video performance, brand inquiries, and trending content. Stay on top of engagement and never miss a viral moment.
Quick Setup
- Go to developers.tiktok.com
- Create a developer account if you don't have one
- Click Manage apps → create a new app
- Configure the required scopes for your app
- Generate an access token
- In Phyllax → Integrations → TikTok → Connect → paste the token

Notification Actions
When TikTok finds something important, the notification card shows:
- Reply to comment — AI drafts a reply you can edit before posting
- Like — like the comment or video
- View post — open the video in TikTok
- Hide comment — hide spam or inappropriate comments
- View analytics — see video performance metrics
All action chips that involve writing (Reply to comment, etc.) open the AI draft panel — AI generates a suggested response that you can edit before posting.
Troubleshooting
"Invalid access token" error
TikTok access tokens expire. Generate a new one from the TikTok Developer Portal and update it in Phyllax.
Limited data access
TikTok's API has strict access tiers. Some features (like DM access) require app review and approval. Basic access covers public video data and comments.
Comments not loading for older videos
TikTok's API may limit access to comments on videos older than a certain period. Focus monitoring on recent uploads for the best results.
