Pipedrive

Monitor Pipedrive for stalled deals, overdue activities, and follow-up reminders. Keep your sales pipeline healthy and never let a deal go cold.

Quick Setup

  1. Log in to Pipedrive
  2. Click your avatar (top right) → Personal preferences
  3. Go to the API tab
  4. Copy Your personal API token
  5. In Phyllax → Integrations → Pipedrive → Connect → paste the token

Notification Actions

When Pipedrive finds something important, the notification card shows:

  • Log a call — log a call activity on the deal or contact
  • Add note — AI drafts a note you can edit before saving
  • Move to next stage — advance the deal to the next pipeline stage
  • Open Record — open the deal or contact in Pipedrive

All action chips that involve writing (Add note, etc.) open the AI draft panel — AI generates a suggested response that you can edit before posting.

Troubleshooting

"401 Unauthorized" error

Your API token is invalid. Go to Pipedrive → Personal preferences → API and copy the token again. Tokens can be regenerated if compromised.

Deals not showing activity

Pipedrive tracks activities (calls, emails, meetings) separately from deal updates. If a deal has no logged activities, it will appear as stalled even if notes were added.

Can't see other users' deals

The personal API token only has access to data visible to your Pipedrive account. If you need to monitor team-wide deals, use an admin account's API token.
